Versatile machinery and skilled production line crew result in cost-effectiveness. In our production we use our sheet metal work shop, automated saws, wire benders, Mig and Tig welders as well as  a range of resistance welding machines.

We manufacture furnishings and components out of sheet metal, steel wire and furniture tubes. We can also provide you with stainless steel furnishings.

We use real wood whenever possible. Our machines are suitable for different types of sheet molding or surface finishings. Even from plain sheets we can create unique and expressive products. Routers and their skilled use allow for varied shapes and textures of the sheets.

Our wood department manufactures furnishings from sheets of e.g.,

• MDF/chipboard
• melamine
• laminates
• veneers
• solid wood

We manufacture the vitrines and desks using aluminium profiles from our profile system components.  Each detail of our system is carefully designed, whether you need glass shelvings, doors, locks or lighting.

We paint the wood and metal products primarily in our own paint shop. Since February 2010 we have established our own powder coating shop which speeds up processing and reduces customer costs.

Other surface treatments, such as electricity and hot-dip galvanizing, chromium or nickel plating, and electrolytic polishing we purchase from our reliable contractors.
